Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper Parts Stores are independently owned and operated businesses. Among other things, they may have differing policies regarding issues like orders and returns. A part purchased through a location will need to be returned to that same location. Please ask them for their return policy if potential return is a concern. However, if a part is defective, it will be covered by our "National Parts Warranty". Automotive repair service performed by one of our service centers may be covered by our "Confidence Plus North American Warranty".
Parts listed as being available "Today" may still need to be procured from the local distribution center. Contact your local store for cut-off times to order parts for "Today" or "Next Day". Even if an item is indicated as "In Stock" be sure to contact that location to confirm and reserve that item!
